Orders within North America
We charge $20 to ship to all locations within North America. To ensure your order arrives quickly and safely, we expedite all of our packages via Canada Post. This means that your order is insured and will have a tracking number. Canada Post will e-mail you your tracking number once your order is shipped. Once shipped, orders take approximately 4 business days to reach you.
Each item is handmade upon order. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks to receive your order unless notified otherwise.
We charge $68.50 t0 ship all international destinations. International orders are shipped via Canada Post’s Xpresspost™ International service. Your order is insured, will have a tracking number, and will include delivery confirmation. Once shipped, orders take approximately 4-7 business days to reach you.

Each style of bracelet is hand crafted to fit the wearer’s wrist. Having the correct wrist size is very important. Once we have the wrist size we add 1/2″ to achieve your bracelet size. The bracelets are meant to be worn snugly on your wrist so that the clasp always sits on top of your wrist. Many of our customers find that once you put a bracelet on you do not need to take it off.
To get the most accurate wrist measurement, take a thin strip of paper and wrap it around the largest place on your wrist (often where the wrist bone sticks out). Make sure the paper is flush against the skin. Mark the paper on both ends where the paper overlaps. Measure between the marks with a ruler and send us that measurement. We will add a size to allow the bracelet to fit comfortably on the wrist, with an easement for movement.
A flexible tailor’s tape measure also works well to determine an accurate size. We recommend that you do not use string to gauge your wrist size as it often provides an inaccurate measurement.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Please keep in mind that each piece is handmade and variations in color and style may appear.
Unworn merchandise will be accepted for return or exchange, if returned in saleable condition within 30 days of the shipping arrival date and accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
Shipping is nonrefundable unless refund is required due to a manufacturing defect. In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item entirely free of charge when defective item is returned.
To send back an item for exchange that is too big or too small, please re-measure and contact us by e-mail or telephone right away so we can make your replacement piece.

We recommend that you send your returns via The United States Postal Service. If you do choose to use a courier service (UPS, FedEx), please expedite your package or send it via “Air Saver”.
Be sure your package is prepaid and declared as returned merchandise. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns. We are not responsible for brokerage charges and we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Please note: Our standard shipping charges apply to mail products back to customers when they are returned due to incorrect sizing. If you are returning a product because you want a new size shipped back to you, please pay the shipping charge here.
