NOTE: If you do not wish to pay through PayPal, we accept Visa and MasterCard by phone.

SIZING
Each bracelet is handmade to fit the wearer's wrist. Having the correct wrist size is very important. Once we have the wrist size we add 1/2" to get your bracelet size. The bracelets are meant to be worn snugly on your wrist so that the clasp always sits on top of your wrist. Most often once you have your bracelet on you don't take it off. We size our jewelry specifically to your requirements. If you are ordering online, please e-mail us your wrist size immediately after you have placed your order. Orders are delayed when no size is given. Click here for Sizing Instructions.

SHIPPING
After placing your order, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

RETURNS
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, let us know. Please keep in mind that each piece is handmade and variations in color and style may appear. Unworn merchandise which is returned within 30 days of the shipping arrival date will be promptly processed. To send back an item that is too big or too small, please re-measure and contact us by e-mail or telephone us right away so we can make your replacement piece. No returns after 30 days. Be sure your package is prepaid and declared as returned merchandise. Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.

We recommend that you send your returns via The United States Postal Service. If you do choose to use a courier service (UPS, FedEx), please expedite your package or send it via "Air Saver" . We are not responsible for brokerage charges and we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Please note: we charge $20.01 to mail products back to customers when they are returned due to incorrect sizing. If you are returning a product because you want a new size shipped back to you, please pay the $20.01 charge here:
